Office Administrator / Receptionist – based at our Llay site

We are seeking a good people person with previous experience in office administration / reception duties.
Your responsibilites will be:
Responsibilities include ·Managing the reception ·Meeting customers / clients arriving on site. ·Answering and directing calls. ·General administration duties including, scanning & shredding. ·Other Ad hoc administrative requirements when needed. The Candidate: ·Excellent communication and customer service skills ·The ability to provide administration support for both the accounts & order departments ·Good attention to detail ·Reception/front of house or switchboard experience ·IT literate – including Word and Excel – training will be given on our in house systems. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 16:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. 28 days Holiday per year including bank holidays. Company pension scheme is available after 3 months. This position is full time and permanent however there is a 6 months probationary period.

Duties include but are not limited to, handling glass and double-glazed units, removing existing and glazing new to wooden / UPVC & aluminium frames on various residential / industrial sites. A full clean driving licence is essential. An up-to-date CSCS card & PASMA certificate is also required but is not essential for the right person as these can be obtained after a probationary period. Experience in putty pointing would be an advantage.

We require a glass operative to work on a production line manufacturing insulated glass units. This involves a range of duties at different points during the manufacturing process. Experience is not essential as training will be given however it would be a distinct advantage if you have worked in the glass industry previously
