Premium Aluminium installation in Caldy, Wirral
We recently completed a large-scale, high-spec aluminium glazing installation at a stunning property in Caldy, Wirral, transforming the home with a combination of Reynaers aluminium lift and slide doors, aluminium doors, and triple-glazed aluminium windows. Every component was fully manufactured in-house, including the aluminium frames and all triple and double-glazed units. This ensures complete quality control from production to installation.
Reynaers MasterPatio Aluminium Lift & Slide Doors
The centrepiece of this installation was four Reynaers MasterPatio aluminium lift and slide doors, creating wide, uninterrupted openings onto the garden.
The specification included:

2 x double aluminium lift and slide doors

2 x monorail single sliding sashes with fixed sidelights

Powder coated in RAL 7032 Pebble Grey textured finish

Colour-matched handles for a seamless look
All MasterPatio doors were manufactured in-house and glazed with 48mm triple-glazed toughened units. These comprise:

2 panes of soft-coat Low-E glass

Warm edge spacers

Argon gas-filled cavities
As a result, this premium glazing specification delivers excellent thermal efficiency, reduces heat loss, and improves acoustic performance. Moreover, the lift and slide mechanism allows smooth, effortless operation even on large door panels.
Reynaers SL38 Aluminium Doors
We also supplied and installed three Reynaers SL38 aluminium doors, all manufactured in-house to ensure consistency of finish and performance.

Additionally, the kitchen door was double-glazed in-house with a precision cut-out for a dog flap. This ensures practicality without compromising performance or appearance.
Reynaers SL68 HI & CS77 Aluminium Windows
To complete the project, we manufactured and installed a variety of Reynaers SL68 HI aluminium windows and Reynaers CS77 aluminium windows, all finished in RAL 7032 Pebble Grey textured powder coat. All windows feature silver locking handles where required and an external aluminium cill.
All windows were glazed with 44mm triple-glazed units manufactured in-house, featuring:
