We recently completed a high-quality aluminium glazing installation at a residential property in Abergele, delivering a sleek, modern finish that maximises natural light and showcases stunning views. This bespoke project highlights our expertise in manufacturing and installing premium aluminium windows and sliding doors, all produced in-house for complete quality control.
In-House Manufactured Aluminium Frames and Glass
All aluminium frames for this project were manufactured in-house, ensuring precise quality control. The installation combines a Reynaers CP130 monorail slim profile two-pane sliding door with a fixed two-pane CS77 window. This pairing creates an expansive, light-filled appearance with minimal framing. It also enhances the connection between indoor spaces and the outdoors while providing excellent thermal performance.
In addition, we manufactured and installed two Reynaers SL38 Hi tilt and turn windows. These windows offer versatile ventilation and easy cleaning, all without compromising on style.
High-Performance Double Glazed Units
All double glazed units were also manufactured in-house and include:

Furthermore, all glass was toughened in-house, making it suitable for large glazed areas and exposed elevations.
Powder Coated Finish in RAL 7016
The aluminium profiles were finished in a standard RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey matt powder coat. This popular choice complements both modern and traditional properties. It also provides long-lasting colour stability and requires minimal maintenance.
